Hot Essentials Yoga
A foundational yoga practice intended to increase flexibility, proper understanding of key yoga postures, and mindful awareness of the body and breath connection. This beginner-friendly yoga class is heated, highly educational, and moderately paced.

Hot Evolve Yoga
A strong practice intended to strengthen and deepen your yoga practice. Expect foundational postures with an introduction to more complex variations. M=Heated, moderate to fast-paced in nature & welcome to all levels, Level 2, & Level 2/3 practitioners.

Hot Empower Yoga
A strong practice intended to strengthen and empower the body, mind, and spirit. Expect advanced flows and more complicated postures. Heated, moderate to fast-paced in nature and best suited for Level 2, & Level 2/3 practitioners, although all students are welcome to join.

Hot Empower Pilates
Our mat pilates class is a fun and energizing practice focused on strengthening the core, toning muscles of the body, and enhancing mobility. Expect to use props like a pilates ring, resistance bands, light weights, and exercise balls. Fast-paced in nature, open to all levels, and heated.

Warm Empower Barre
Barre is a high-energy class inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. This class is intended to tone, increase the heart rate, and improve posture. The room is mildly heated, fast-paced in nature, and welcome to all-levels. Classes listed as express are 45 minutes.

Hot F.I.T.T.
A high-intensity class combining functional movement, heart rate variability, and strength work to train different metabolic energy systems. Expect big energy, fun music, and a good sweat under heated infra-red panels. Moderate to fast-paced in nature and open to all levels.

Fusion Flow
A high-intensity class combining yoga, pilates, barre, and functional movement to build strength and mobility while training the different metabolic energy systems of the body. Heated, moderate to fast-paced in nature, and open to all levels.

Yin
Yin is a restorative yoga targeting deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Expect a slow, gentle, and meditative practice where postures are held longer than traditional yoga to aid in stretching and lengthening tissues.

Hot Mobility
A regenerating and rejuvenating practice that incorporates foam rolling and self-myofascial release techniques to eliminate pain in the body, enhance mobility, and optimize functional movement. Slow moving in nature, welcome to all levels, with a heated component.
